Blox Fruits Fighting Styles Guide
You start on Combat. Buy a real style when you hit its level and Beli cost — Electric around the Prison grind and Water Kung Fu in the Fishman area are the usual First Sea upgrades. Later seas unlock Superhuman and beyond. Mastery on one style beats owning five unused ones.
Why styles matter
Fighting styles are your melee kit. They work with Buddha grinding and fill gaps when fruit moves are on cooldown. Combat is fine for the first islands; it falls off once Prison and Fishman NPCs hit harder.
First Sea upgrades
Community routes still buy Electric around the Prison levels (often cited near 210 and a few hundred thousand Beli) and/or Water Kung Fu in Underwater City. Confirm the live NPC price — costs have moved. Pick one and raise mastery instead of bouncing.
Later styles
Superhuman, Death Step, and other advanced styles sit behind quests, fragments, and higher seas. They are Second/Third Sea projects. Pair them with Buddha or your grind fruit; do not pause First Sea for a style you cannot buy yet.
Haki
Observation and Armament Haki come online as you level. Observation helps you dodge big boss tells; Armament lets you hit Logia users and later NPCs that ignore unarmed melee. Start training when the game offers it — Second Sea assumes you have it.
