Help

Find quick answers about codes, redeeming, and how BloxGameHub works.

How do I redeem a code?
Copy a working code from a game page on BloxGameHub, open that game in Roblox, find the Codes menu, paste the code, and redeem. For a full walkthrough, see How to Redeem.
How does BloxGameHub verify codes?
We cross-check over 10 sources daily, test codes ourselves, remove expired codes quickly, and never invent codes. Read the full process on How We Verify Codes.
Why didn’t a code work?
It may be expired, mistyped, or already redeemed on your Roblox account. Codes are often case-sensitive. If it still fails, use Vote Working / Not working on the code so we can check it.
How do I report an expired or inactive code?
On any game page, open a code (or use the card on desktop) and tap Vote Working / Not working. We’ll review reports and update the code if needed.
What’s the difference between promo codes and catalog IDs?
Promo codes are entered in a game’s Codes box. Catalog IDs (like music or item IDs) are typed into that game’s ID or catalog field instead.
Is BloxGameHub affiliated with Roblox?
No. BloxGameHub is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or individual game developers.
How can I request a game?
Use the Request a Game page and tell us the game name and Roblox link if you have one. We’ll review requests as we expand the library.
