The Agency is Brookhaven’s ongoing mystery layer — strange rooms, symbols, equipment, and messages that players connect into a story. Confirmed in-game clues are not the same as fan theories.
What the Agency is (in player terms)
Across updates, players have found Agency-labeled spaces, odd equipment, and environmental storytelling that suggests a secret organization exists inside Brookhaven’s world.
The developers leave a lot unexplained on purpose. The fun is discovery and speculation — not a finished cinematic plot dump.
Confirmed in-game evidence
Treat as “confirmed” only what you can see, interact with, or photograph in the live experience: labeled rooms, keycards or access tools that open areas, props with Agency branding, and map spaces that clearly exist in the current build.
Because the map changes, re-check access methods after major updates before sharing them as still working.
Player theories
