Jujutsu Infinite Domain Expansions Guide
Domain Expansions unlock at Mastery 300 on Legendary and Special Grade techniques. You need a Domain Shard to equip them. Use Simple Domain or Hollow Wicker Basket to counter enemy domains.
What Domain Expansions are
Domain Expansions are the ultimate abilities of Legendary and Special Grade Innate Techniques. They create a barrier that traps opponents and gives you a massive advantage during the activation.
Only Legendary and Special Grade techniques have Domain Expansions. Lower rarities do not unlock them, no matter how high your Mastery goes.
How to unlock Domain Expansions
Domain Expansions unlock at Mastery 300. After reaching that Mastery level, you need a Domain Shard to purchase and equip the domain. Domain Shards are rare items earned from missions, events, and progression milestones.
Once unlocked, domains use a Domain Meter that fills during combat. When the meter is full, you can activate your domain.
Can you have multiple Domain Expansions?
Yes, you can have more than one Domain Expansion equipped, capping at five (four from Innates if you have both slot expansion gamepasses, plus the Incomplete Domain). However, all domains share the same Domain Meter, which limits how often you can use them.
Some Domain Expansions with unique mechanics, like Idle Death Gamble, will prevent you from using other domains. Check the domain description before equipping multiple domains.
Countering enemy domains
To counter an enemy's Domain Expansion, use Simple Domain or Hollow Wicker Basket. These are skills unlocked in the Technique skill tree.
Simple Domain (20 Stat Points) temporarily nullifies the effects of a domain within a circle. Hollow Wicker Basket (20 Stat Points) also protects you from domain effects but prevents you from using your Innate Techniques while active.
