100 Days At Sea Raft Guide

Expand the raft in a square you can defend, not a long snake. Leave room for a sawmill, crab trap, and radar. A huge empty deck is harder to heat and easier to fall off.

Shape

A compact 3×3 then 4×4 is easier to walk at night than a 12-tile runway. Put the bonfire somewhere you will not knock into the water.

Sailing

A small raft with a sail still farms. Size is for stations, not ego. Salvage floating junk; do not chase every crate into a storm.
