Anime Vanguards Summons & Units
Summon units with Gems at banners in the Summon area. Each roll costs 50 Gems. After pulling a unit, open Inventory and press Equip to use it in stages.
Where to summon
In the lobby, open the Areas menu on the left and select Summon. This teleports you directly to the summoning section. The main banner is the Special Banner, which takes Gems. There is also a Selection Banner that lets you slot any Mythic into the middle position and swap it once every 24 hours, and Event Banners that run on event currency.
Summoning costs and rarity
Each single summon costs 50 Gems. A 10-roll costs 500 Gems. Units come in seven rarities, from weakest to strongest: Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Secret, Exclusive, and Vanguard. Higher rarities have better base stats and more powerful abilities.
The rarest units like Vanguard and Secret have extremely low pull rates, sometimes under 1%. Most of your early roster will be Rare, Epic, and Legendary units.
How to equip units after summoning
Pulling a unit does not automatically add it to your team. Open Inventory from the main menu, click the unit you want, and press the green Equip button at the top of its stat card. Only equipped units appear when you start a stage.
You can equip up to six units at once. Swap units in and out based on the stage and enemy types you are facing.
What to summon for
Early on, aim for a mix of roles: at least one AoE unit for wave clear, one strong single-target DPS for bosses, and one farm or support unit if available. Do not chase the rarest units immediately; focus on building a functional team that can clear Story Mode.
Save Gems for featured banners when they appear, as they often have boosted rates for strong units.
