Traits are random stat modifiers applied to units when summoned. Reroll traits with Trait Crystals. Top-tier traits are more valuable on units you plan to keep long-term.
What traits are
Traits are random stat modifiers that affect a unit's damage, range, attack speed, cost, or other attributes. Each unit gets one trait when summoned.
Traits are listed by rarity and power. Common traits give small bonuses like +5% damage. Rare traits give much larger bonuses like +25% damage or special effects.
How to reroll traits
Use Trait Crystals to reroll a unit's trait. Trait Crystals are earned from codes, events, and progression milestones.
Do not waste Trait Crystals on units you plan to replace. Save them for your core team units that you have invested evolution materials and Skill Tree upgrades into.
Best traits
Top-tier traits include Otherworldly Power (25% more range, 15% more damage), Almighty (20% damage, 15% range), and Divine Speed (30% attack speed, 10% damage).
Match traits to your unit's role. DPS units want damage and attack speed. AoE units want range and damage. Support units want cost reduction and ability cooldown.
Trait priority
Top-tier traits are more valuable on units you expect to keep than on pieces you will replace soon. Upgrade order and placement review usually solve damage problems before a full trait reroll does.
